Happy Halloween!! It’s Halloween and we’re surrounded by a ton of SUGAR temptation! And it's totally ok, it's important to have fun and enjoy this funky spooky holiday... but make this year a HEALTHIER one - for both you and your family. And it all starts with more awareness.
So today I'm sharing some info (including tips from some of my favorite blogs) to help make us more aware and provide a few healthier options:

Vegan chocolate muffins - one of my most popular recipes :)
Vegan snickers bars (this recipe is easy and DELICIOUS)
Peanut butter cups or Almond butter cups (a much healthier Reese’s' cup replacement)
Quinoa crispy treats (healthier version of Rice Crispy Treats)
... all of which you can have the kids decorate for Halloween!
3. A reminder on the Benefits of Chocolate (dark, preferably organic) so you can feel relaxed about enjoying one of my healthier options above ;)
